1. Return Policy

Ka Ki Limited offers a straightforward return policy designed to provide clarity and certainty. Every customer has the right to return purchased products under the following conditions.

14-Day Return Window

A return request must be initiated within 14 calendar days of the date the order was delivered to the shipping address. Any request submitted after the 14-day period will not be accepted.

Conditions for Returns

Products must be returned in their original condition. Shoes must be unworn, unaltered, and free of any marks or damage. All original packaging, including the shoebox, dust bags, and accessories, must be included. Returns that show signs of wear, use, or missing components will be declined and sent back to the customer.

Return Shipping Cost

The customer bears all costs associated with return shipping. Ka Ki Limited does not provide prepaid return labels, and the cost of shipping the product back to the designated return address is the responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable.

2. Refund Process

All refunds follow a structured process to ensure accuracy and accountability.

Step 1: Initiate Return

To initiate a return, contact the customer support team at [email protected] within the 14-day window. The email must include the order number, the item(s) to be returned, and the reason for the return. A Return Authorization confirmation will be sent to the customer along with the required return address.

The Return Authorization confirmation must be included inside the package. Ka Ki Limited is not responsible for packages lost in transit; using a trackable shipping method is recommended.

Step 3: Inspection

Upon receipt, the return package undergoes a physical inspection. This process typically takes 3 to 5 business days after delivery. A refund is processed only after the inspection confirms that the product meets the return condition requirements.

Step 4: Refund Issuance

Once the inspection is passed, the refund is processed to the original payment method. The refund processing timeline is a minimum of 14 calendar days from the date of inspection approval.

3. Refund Timing and Payment Method Details

Standard Refund Timeline

A refund requires a minimum of 14 calendar days to appear in the customer’s account after the return inspection is approved. This timeline accounts for processing by financial institutions and payment gateways. Delays in bank processing times are beyond the control of Ka Ki Limited.

PayPal Refund Timeline

For orders paid via PayPal, the refund processing period is a minimum of 14 calendar days. However, certain regional legal jurisdictions require PayPal refunds to be issued within 30 calendar days. For customers residing in those regions, the refund will be issued within 30 calendar days from the date the return is approved, in full compliance with local legal requirements.

Payment Method Restrictions

Refunds are issued solely to the original payment instrument used at checkout. Refunds cannot be redirected to a different credit card, bank account, or alternative PayPal account. Store credit or exchanges are not available as alternatives to monetary refunds.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories of goods are not eligible for return. Final sale items, items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page, and products purchased through third-party resellers are not accepted for return. Any product that has been customized, modified, or used outside normal fitting conditions is also ineligible for refund.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Upon delivery, the customer must inspect the order. If a product arrives damaged or if the order contains an incorrect item, notification must be sent to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. For such cases, Ka Ki Limited will provide instructions for a return at no shipping cost to the customer. Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will be processed under the standard return policy, and return shipping costs will apply.

6. Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days from the time the order is placed. Processing does not occur on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Destinations and Carriers

Ka Ki Limited ships to domestic and international destinations. Shipping carriers and methods are selected based on the shipping address. Delivery times vary by location and are displayed at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the order and the destination. The shipping fee covers packaging, handling, and carrier services. This fee is non-refundable except in cases where Ka Ki Limited made an error in the order fulfillment.

Customs and Duties

For international shipments, the customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. These charges are not included in the shipping fee paid at checkout. Ka Ki Limited does not determine these fees and cannot provide refunds for duties or taxes paid to customs authorities.
